High Boost troubles
I have been having problems with my car(97 Civic w/greddy turbo) at 8-10psi for almost a month and still cant find the problem. At 6psi my car pulls to the redline no problems. But once I go to 8-10psi, the rpms just jump to the redline once I hit around 5-6k(it varies from time to time) and it sounds like a bog. I have an ACT extreme pressure plate rated at 275lbs/ft. so it shouldnt be slipping. I have an upgraded fuel and ignition system that are plenty adequate. Is it possible that when my flywheel got resurfaced that it got stepped down too far? I am out of ideas on what the problem is, so ANY suggestions or ideas are greatly appreciated.
well you should have said u were in 3rd / 4th
SOMETHING is slipping if your rpm's soar and you'ren ot going any faster. And its impossible to bog and make MORE power to cause something to slip.
