i mean the chime that beeps when you have your doo open while the key is in the ignition??

 

close the door or take the key out

 

if you dont care about your dome light, glue, strap shut or short-out the switch on your door.

 

There is a fuse you can take out...however as annoying as it is right now, you WILL miss it that time you leave your keys in the ignition I did the same thing for a while....hated it.

 

Disconnect that plug below your seat.

 

thats for the seatbelt light, isnt it?

 

I think it disables the beeping too. For some reason, I disconnected it on my old car and never heard that beeping again. The seatbelt light never showed up either...

 

theres a how to for this posted a few days ago. very easy steps, but i need pics to explain it. search terms like "key remove buzzer" or something like that. i totally forgot.

on my car if you turn the ignition to the on position instead of the acc position, it stops beeping with the door open after a couple seconds.

as with every car....but you are going to kill your battery if you leave it like that.
