Default 92-95 Hood Question

Are all the hoods interchangeable on the civics? I have a 4dr LX now and want a new OEM hood, will the HB or 2dr fit? Ive been looking for this answer and some are not sure. If it doens't is it a major fault like hood way to short or something? Thanks.

No, sedan hoods are longer than the coupe/hatch.

Anyone ever put a hb/coupe hood on a sedan? jdmcivicferio says its doable, just wondering if it would look really stupid or something?

Go ahead and buy it. IF it doesn't fix, resale it. You got it cheap anyway

It is not going to work, guaranteed. Sure they will fit but the fitment will look like 100% ***. The coupes/hb hood dimension wise are shorter than the sedans. Therefore if you put a HB hood on your sedan, yes it will fit but when it comes to the windshield you will be about 1/2in. shorter and it will look stupid. Trust me, I saw a hatchback with a sedan hood on it, and it looked stupid. Don't waste your money.
