well, this tial is pretty loud, and feels a bit slowwer spool up , 7 psi spring with 3" full exhaust, takes longer to spool up and is kinda loud under vacuum, felt wuicker with my older small exhaust setup and internal wg at 9 psi, 2.5 dp and test and 2.25 catback, i know it was more psi, but it reached 9 psi quicker than it does now with tial and 7 psi

so will MBC help quiet the tial by keeping it closed till full boost, and will it help spool up? TIA

Yes, it'll do both, though not quite as well as an electronic boost controller.

edit: just wanted to add that my hkss ssq bov became louder and more 'woosh'-y with the addition of an mbc. I figure the piece makes more boost go out the bov instead of leaking from the w/g.
