Default Considerations for Wastegate and BOV sizes?

What are the considerations for Wastegate and BOV sizes? What I am talking about is mm size as far as 35-45mm and what not. I know that boost levels are going to probably be the main consideration as to which you choose but at what boost level do you go up in mm size for each?

the tial 35mm sport is pobably the best for that setup. it has a 9lb stock spring and is capable of about 25psi. the difference is that the sport has a 35mm bottom and a 40mm top.
