Default want the same spool time like now, but with more top end.

B18C6, cr 9:1, meng tubular manifold, greddy profec B, 1.2 Bar boost daily, Turbonetics DRAG III Turbo T3/T04e .63 hot side .54 compressor, Haltech ECU, 3inch exhaust, soon 3inch dp too (now 2.5inch dp).

I get full boost around 4700rpm but loose power from 7500rpm up, look:
That plot was with manual boost controller and DRAG log style manifold, so don't rever to the spool up time in this plot, it should only show the power fall off!!!!!!

I do lots of autoX and I loved it with my setup, I want more top end while having the same spool time or even better I had with the DRAG manifold. The spool time and throttle response increased very much with the meng manifold, so I am prepared for bigger turbo I guess.

To all the turbomafia brothers & friend, what do you think I should do...whats about ball bearing? I am not an DRAG *****, 6000 rpm hitting full boost is not what I want.

it showes max power of 430bhp (375whp) at 7200rpm.

The turbo that best fits your application would be the garret GT30. Its dual ball bearing, has an incredible compressor map and the finish and overall quality is alot higher than the standard garret. If you run the .63a/r housing for the exhaust, you'll get the powerband that you are looking for. I know that http://www.cheapturbo.com has them.

sounds nice, but what exactly is so special on that turbo? Would be the .60 a/r on compressor side my choice in the !04e housing. Or the big one .70 compressor in T04s housing?

The compressor maps are super efficient. Its Garrett's latest technology in compressor wheels, and that efficiency makes the turbo produce alot more power. Also, the turbo cartridge is a dual ball bearing, whereas most other ball beaings are only single like the turbonetics crap.

If the 1500.00 price tag is to much, check out precision turbo's. They seem to have a good following on this site. They use the garret GT series wheels, and better housings. There are some new turbo's coming out very soon, I'd hold off for a bit and see what's coming out. Geoff from full race is supposed to have a crazy line of turbos coming out..

what stage turbine wheel are you running?

B18C6, cr 9:1, meng tubular manifold, greddy profec B, 1.2 Bar boost daily, Turbonetics DRAG III Turbo T3/T04e .63 hot side .54 compressor, Haltech ECU, 3inch exhaust, soon 3inch dp too (now 2.5inch dp).

i think u can get a larger turbo, just make sure its ball bearing, and you should get equivalent spool time to the one u have now, and make the more power up top. as long as u don't get something huge.
