Twin turbo s2000
im still scratching my head in question....why?
unless hes running 35 psi, there is no point in twin turbo....
can anybody prove me wrong?

Maybe he wants better low end torque with the twin turbo's. S2000 still has no "real" low end torque. I mean.. still better low end than have one huge turbo that takes forever to spool.
That's just a random thought, not some well educated research answer.
BTW, idea of the concept looks pretty sweet. But the graphics... ehhh.. white flames... neato.
That's just my personal taste though.

Twins spool faster (in theory) even though one pipe flows better than two, if they have equal area. Also, it's not even finished, he doesn't even have hose clamps on the piping.
I agree though, I think his motor is too small to benefit from twins. I bet it's just another guy going "Ummmm, I had all this money that I could have started a Roth IRA with; but ummm, I wanted to be different instead you know."

I do think he probably want to autoX that car, hence the two SMALL turbos to help the low end.
But there is something that caught my attention, see how the pipes coming out of the turbo join, is kinda a Tee, which for efficiency SUCKS! he should have gone with a Y. I guess he won't be able to run much boost because of that and perhaps his goal wasn't that.
Just IMHO
that car looks good, i always loved the S2000
You sure?

For autoXing, you want light weight....an extra turbo/manifold would run you another 50+ lbs.....
There is no reason that a 4 cylinder needs two turbos. Choose a compressor map better suited to the engine, and run one turbo. Other than the bragging factor that i have two turbos, there is no reason to run them.
