I've read in the Helms manual that the CEL 10 (IACV) and 41 (oxygen sensor) are for the d16z6. My car is throwing these two codes. (it's a 92 CX with a d16z6).
I've changed out the IACV but i still get the code. I've also resetted my ECu and also try another ecu but it sitll throws these two codes.
HELP ME. The CEL light is annoying!

I don't think that resetting the ecu works for these codes. I got 41 the other day, but it was because my O2 sensor wires/connectors fell against my DC header and melted halfway. I got the code when the sensor reached at certain temperature. Check your wiring harness near you header and see if the 4 wires are still good. Then if they are, you may have to replace the actually the O2 sensor. Online oem is like $150, honda direct oem I got quoted over $200. I got a used one from junkyard for $40. I haven't had any experience on code 10 thought.
are you still using the stock CX harness? if so thats your problem... the CX harness has a one wire o2 sensor and the d16z6(what ever z6,7,8) needs a 4 wire sensor. but that only applies if your using a p28 ECU

Nope. I'm using a EX harness that came with the engine. I know the O2 is bad and I have a replacement on the way as we speak. I'm just fed up with this damn CEL 10!! I've changed the thing that's wrong with 3 different IACV's and also changed out the ECU's. I've cleaned the connector and everything. I just don't know what else to do!!..
AHHHHHH!!!!!!
AHHHHHH!!!!!!
try swtihcing the iavc's current connector with the sensor behind the TB, i always get them mixed up and they throw up codes.... try that one and i hope that helps....

I think it should be interchangeable for any OBD2 O2 sensor, as long as the plugs match and it's obd2, it should work.
