Default Running waaaay to rich! How can I fix this?

I am getting my 2001 integra gs with a drag III kit tuned tommorow. My idle is really slopy and studders when pushed. I have 440 cc rc injectors, fuel pump, fmu, and an safc. Instead of me buying an adjustable fuel pressure regulator will the safc be able to tune this or should I just go with the fpr. Thanks

yep you should be able to pull enough fuel to lean it out.an adjustable fpr is only handy to lower your static fp.

get a vafc or hondata and lean it out and fine tune your car

Like I said. I have the safc. I need to know if this will do the job to lean it out or if I needed the fpr?

What do you have your SAFC settings to on the low rpm range? You'll need to take out a good amount of fuel at idle to get it to idle smoothly. Even with 310cc injectors, i had to take out some fuel at idle.

you're better off runnin rich than going lean obviously also less risk of going kaboom.... i suggest you get an adjustable fpr rather than leaning your safc...lower your fuel pressure then tune your car with the safc...oh and btw yes safc will work fine once you get your car tuned

afc hack's suck go hondata. They call them bandaids for a reason temporary patch until you get the cash "no pun intended".
