Default AEM adjustable Fpr question

Here's the thing, when I start up my car in the morning, black liquid comes out of my exhaust if I rev it a few times. I believe it's extra fuel but maybe it could just be water, I don't know.. But I do know that I can smell the fuel (from exhaust) at start up which I'm assumming is b/c I'm running too rich. I have 440cc injectors, aem fpr, safc hack, intank pump, and fuel pressure gauge and a/f ratio gauge. My question is, which direction do I turn (on the FPR) to stop the extra fuel that are coming from my injectors?? MY fuel pressure at idle is 37-38 psi. I heard someone telling me that the ideal idle psi for turbos should be ~38. So does that mean I'm not running rich or can I still be running rich or lean even if my fuel pressure at idle is ~38? If I have my car on park, the a/f ration sees it beeing some what too rich but once I'm idle at a stop, the a/f ration is near the border of rich and stotich. Then at times while I'm driving and I let off the gas the a/f ratio seem to just go all the way to the red and disappear until I accelerate again, is this normal too? Thanks for your help guys.

do you have a wideband? or is it an autometer? if it's the autometer don't pay too much attention to it's readings. it's extremely inaccurate. especially at partial throttle.
