I heard about integrating porsche 4 piston caliper system w/ 94-00 integra system.
Has anyone done this compared to a regular brake upgrade?
If so do you think this is more cost effective?
I saw someone selling this on H-T but i can;t find it

Standard R brakes are fine unless you are an elite racer. You would likely need at least 17" rims to clear those huge calipers and would have to look closely at the master cylinder fluid displacement specs to see if is compatible. The ABS system would probably have to be recalibrated also.
Porsche rims are very different from Honda/Acura rims in terms of offset - have you ever looked and seen how deeply set the rotors are?

there are a bunch of different porsche calipers. I did a little research with a 944 Turbo racer buddy, back when i thought i needed more brakes. some of the 944 turbo calipers would work, as well as some of the 911 calipers (earlier models). depending on which caliper, some would fit under 15". the calipers can be bought used for relatively inexpensive. however, you'd need custom bracketry to fit, and the damn things are pretty heavy, for a honda at least. bottom line, not worth it.
stock brakes+pads+fluid should be good enough, unless you track a lot

you should be fine with the stock brakes. rotors are cheap, get good pads fluid and lines, you'll be fine. experiment with ducting and stuff if you have fading problems. if you still have problems, look into big brake kits. but skip the brembo, their kits are expensive for generic brembo calipers. stoptech and other companies make much better, honda specific kits.
all my opinion of course.
