hondata.. Knock sensor

hondata.. Knock sensor
When you disable the knock sensor with a 4b hondata system, are you still required to have one hooked up? I broke my KS, and I want to know if I have to replace it even though it's disabled in the romeditor.

my 95 gsr ecu (p72?) has the knock sensor disabled because i broke it as well.
it is not throwing a code anymore.

So im running a 94 gsr with a p72 and im going with hondata s200b with a socketed p28. Is it better for me to run the p72 with knock sensor or the socketed p28 without the knock sensor. WTF is a knock sensor
