Do i have to get a custom manifold fabricated for the greddy turbo that comes in the 92-95 civic sohc vtec kit or is there already a manifold available that would make this work? Once again this is going onto a b18b. Td04 15g---->B18b

HKS sells a manifoldthat bolts to your cylinder head and turbo, no modding needed. They retail for around $400. Or you can fab the GReddy one.

as of right now hks stopped making the Bseries manifold. I don't know when they will continue to manufacutre them.
You can simply just do some porting of that current Dseires manifold. A lot of people have done it and seems to work out great for a mild street killler. But because it's on a larger motor the turbo itself will run out of steam in the upper RPM range. Also will reach full spool very fast.

The part# for the manifold is 17141-139387. As far as HKS not making the manifold anymore, I'm not to sure about that cause I called them a couple of days ago and they said they had some.

 

so the t25 flange will bolt up to the greddy Td04 flange?
