Default turbo f22 1/4 mile times

i did a search and couldnt find anything..... but i've got a 92 prelude s with teh f22a1 in it and im thinking of slaping the 1g dsm junkyard turbo w/afc hack on it while i am rebuilding my h22. i wana know what kind of times you people are running. im asking here b/c more accord people turbo the f22 than prelude people. im planning on running some sort of small front mount, 10-12 psi using the afc hack and the 440cc injectors.

this may not be totally related but a friend who owns 98 ex sedan 5 speed with fmax kit running 10lbs of boost, dyno tuned runs 13.8 at the track with 18" konigs and full interior. As far as turbo goes, he swapped out the deltagate wastegate and hks bov that comes standard in fmax with a greddy type s bov and a tial wastegate. This is because deltagate wastegates are notorious for having boost creep. Boost creep is when the wastegate is set to 8 lbs and once in a while, it will go up to 12-13 lbs. That is obviously bad.....anyways, im plannin on running the same set up as him and turbo f22s with gutted interior, gutted cat, etc should run mid 13s.....

you could put together a cheap turbo setup very easily.

by the way if your looking for a cheap dsm turbo, check the sig... price is negotiatable. condition is as stated.

check out the forced induction forum and search about budget turbo setups... been very covered topic.

I apologize for my ignorance, but what would be the benefits of going from f23 to f22? would it be like the equivelant to like swapping an h23 to an h22?

I witnessed someone run a 13.7 - full interior with 17's. This was on a pseudo homemade setup too. Small turbo, low boost.
