JDM H22s will pass emissions and remember why we get so many with 30-40K on them, cause Japan taxes the **** out of high mileage motors for 2 reason: keep auto industry going and emissions.

A person who got his JDM H22 swapped at the same shop as me passed emissions in MA with a new oem lude cat. Luckily NH has no emissions.

FWIW, my bone-stock 1993 Prelude VTEC (US model) used to just barely pass Pennsylvania emissions every year.
(mostly in the pittsburgh and philly areas)
