Default compression checks

i was wondering what readings people have gotten with jdm h22's and usdm h22's
the jdm number should be higher right since it has 10.6 comp and the usdm has 10:1 comp?

my old motor USDM H22A1 was a crappy 150--150--140--130 on 10:1cr

still ran 14.802@95mph though ....heheheh

now i have a H23VTEC with stock H23 pistons (probably lowered it to 9.3:1cr) and it reads 150-150-150-140

the point is that readings should be more less equal on all cylinders

Helms says:
nominal 185 psi (so I assume anything above is good)
minimum 135 psi
max variation 28 psi

I just got a 95 jdm h22 and had 220 across the board... How do you recommend going through the process? I turned it over 4 times at WOT.

Disconnect all plug leads at plug end
Unscrew 1plug at a time starting from the right
turn ignition for 6 'chugs'
Write down pressure reading, then press the pressure release valveon the Compression meter
replace spark plug and move on to next one.

Thats pretty much it, How else could you do it?
