I remember a while ago someone saying how to put the Miata Enkei rims (1993 etc) on to a civic? what process was involved. thanks

 

miata's and civic's have the same bolt pattern. not quite sure what the question is.

Well, some Miata wheels have a hub-center hole that is too small for the / hub register (where the axle nut is).
So on those wheesl you need to have a machine shop bore it out to clear this hub register.
Not sure if aftermarket wheels will be hubcentric for Miatas... if not they should be a bolt on affair... you can check it easily, remove one of your wheels, measure the hub register diameter, ask the seller to measure the inside diameter of the wheels hub-center hole.

 

I have some. They are 14"*6.5".. I was thinking of putting some 22/8/14slicks on them..they are pretty damn light too..

 

have them centerbored, air grinder not gonna cut it, I tried!

BTW I only paid $20 for 2 7 spoke Miata rims.

Did they only come on the 94-97 miata? damn 6.5 wide! good rims for slicks......

 

almost all of the miata wheels available are really light and decent widths, iirc.

pretty cheap too as there are zillions of miatas out there.

 

miata never came with 6.5", but rather with 5.5-6" in 14" wheel.
mazda hub diameter is about 53mm while H/A share 56mm hub size. so as tated above boring out about 4mm of the wheel is required . other then that the wheels are 4x100, 45 offset and very lightweight.
