Default Need second opinions on Oil return line location

I was told where my turbo return line enters the oil pan is too low. I was told the oil wouldnt drain from the turbo and would go through the seals and burn in the turbine. Let me know what you think. Should I relocate the hole so it is higher up on the pan?

OT: Heres a pic of my beater car I just picked up. Pretty nice eh?

How much higher should it go?

I was told to put it as high as possible, almost up against the lip of the oil pan.

and what about the Moroso pans? Their return location is at a similar height as mine. That was our model.

and what about the Moroso pans?
dont take my word for it, please..BUT i have only heard bad fitment issues with them.

btw this is a dumb thing to say....but make sure you dont weld the fitting on right beneath a bolt, that wouldnt be good. I only say this because I almost did

is that from a drag kit? the reason i'm asking is because i ordered a drag oil feed/return kit, and my return line consists of a hose then a metal "L" shaped tube.
