Default Starting Problem...need help bad.

I gotta 90 accord with 96 H23....still running F22 computer. The original problem was a CEL code 6 "coolant temp sensor". fixed that, and then car wouldn't start after problem was fixed. Found out I blew my accel coil. Replaced that, still no start. I am getting spark in all 4 cylinders, I know i'm getting air, and I know i'm getting fuel. I actually pulled the rail/injectors out to make sure they're spraying. I have no CEL now but I still can not get it to start. All plugs are good, FPR is good, anything I could think that would prevent it is good. Anyone have any other ideas? I tried also resetting the ECU after the CEL problem was fixed and yet still no go. If anyone can provide help, it'd be really appreciated because I'm totally stumped.

I didn't check that but a good friend of mine who I trust said he ran the test and it came out good across all 4 cylinders...

If you have compression, fuel, and spark and still nothing, my next guess would be timing is way off.

I had set the timing at 15 above TDC since i'm pretty sure thats the stock setting but I might be wrong.

I thought of that earlier today, all fuses were good but I didn't happen to check to see if anything was left unplugged....it wont start but its not throwing a CEL so its probably something rediculously stupid that i'm just overlooking.

check your ground wires. i forgot to reconnect one of the main ground wires from the tranny, and my car wouldnt start. could be that.

Well, i checked all grounds, checked my fuel pressure regulator one more time, checked to see even if my timing belt skipped a couple ribs and threw my timing out of whack (which it didn't), and still nothing...I'm spent for ideas.

If you are positive that you have compression, fuel, spark, and the timing is correct, the only thing I can think of is plugged exhaust. Remove grapefruit from tail pipe and you should be fine.

I know TPS wouldnt but assuming the ECU is working properly, wouldn't the O2 throw a CEL?

What did you do to fix the original problem? And was it running before that?

The original problem was a CEL for a coolant temp sensor that i replaced...its just after I replaced that, the car wouldn't start...its cranking over kinda slow due to the fact the battery is damn near dead...Other than that, it sounds normal in the cranking process. I can't see why it won't run but then again, its not so apparently something is wrong.
