Default Sizes of the 60-1

What makes a 60-1 a t4 60-1? I have seen people with t3/60-1 with .62 ar turbine and .82 turbine. Does the .82 on the turbine side make it a t4 60-1? Or is there something else that makes it different? Does the compressor side get bigger than .70? Im getting a little confused seeing different people's setups.

the t3/60-1 is actually (i hate saying this) a "hybrid" basically using a t3 turbine wheel and t3 turbine housing on a t4 center section with the to4s compressor.

the t4/60-1 uses the t4 turbine housing and t4 turbine wheels.
