Default Axle pops out, tyranny fluid leaks on road

My lower ball joint failed. After repair, less than 100 miles later, the car stopped moving and transmission fluid had leaked. Mechanic said damaged seal and replaced with non OEM seal. This has happened 5 times now after his repeated repair with axle popping out and tyranny leaking. I am in a third world country and I think my mechanic is not so experienced. What is the problem?

It's likely the axle snap ring is not holding the axle in place inside the transmission. Replace the snap ring if possible, if not replace the axle.

Thank you for the fast response. What about the fluid leaking? Is that normal? Was it possible it had been over filled?

If the axle slides out far enough fluid will leak past it.

I have bought a complete new axle from the US and am waiting for delivery. I think the snap ring could be bent or faulty. Thanks for your feedback.
