Default Axle problem

So Sunday while making an aggresive left turn i heard a bad noise my passenger side axle somehow popped out from the tranny . I didnt notice any difference in the cars driving so driving slowly to my house about 3 miles away i began to notice a significant power loss. Once i pulled into my garage hoppped out looked under the car and saw that she was bleeding badly...turned out to be tranny fluid coming from the passenger side axle hole (there was about a half inch of the splines showing). took everything apart pulled the axle out inspected it for damage everything looked fine so i popped it back in...now i have a real bad vibration while excelerating. any ideas as to why i now have vibration? Car is and EJ8 with a b16b s4c lds

Yes it was a little bent when i pulled it out..i just figured it happened from the axle coming out of its hole...so i pulled it off and rounded it back out and put it back in.
