I have a 95 civic lx with a y8 swap using the stock non vtec harness, I wired the vtec pressure sensor to d6 on the ecu and grounded it to the thermostat housing and then the vtec Solenoid to a4 and I’m getting a code 22 for the vtec pressure sensor I’ve checked my wiring it all seems good I’m not sure what the problem is. Also I’m using a p28 ecu. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

 

Check oil pressure?

Also check whether the screen integrated into the VTEC solenoid gasket is clogged.
