My my name is Matt and I’m a 34 year old automotive tech. I’ve worked at almost every dealership and I’m pretty familiar with a lot of vehicles but I’m a Honda guy to my core. Drive an Acura TL 3rd gen and I have a 94 Eg coupe I’m building. I was told to sign up here and make a built thread to save my work so I can watch the progress of my civic coupe. Thus where I get the name mid life crisis from, because here I am 34 years old with this 25 year old car I call my shitbox. Trying to get my post count up so I can do that though 🤷🏻*♂️
Here’s some pics. It’s just a little old d15 single jingle, but my god she runs like a champ. Currently I’m just trying to restore the body to 100% oem. I installed a new window today with new oem molding. I installed a new a/c compressor because lord knows I’m not driving a car with no ac. Here in Florida it’s hot and I drive like an old man, so ain’t a/c delete going on, ever. It’s got all new front end bumper fenders hood. Picked up a whole set of jdm thin side molding today as well. Eventually it will have a k24 with a 5 speed accord tranny, but I want the car to look original because I do any performance modification.
