Default 93 Accord LX Budget Turbo plans

so i am really wanting to turbo my 1993 Honda Accord LX. I have had the car since 2014, and it just feels like its time to upgrade it. Before I just go and throw on a turbo on it, i will be making general upgrades to the car to better fit a turbo, i.e - better brakes, fuel pump, thicker radiator, suspension, etc. I still plan on daily driving the car, so im only going with 7PSI to bring the car to, hopefully, 210HP. I have never turbo'd a car before so whatever help i can get is much appreciated.

I only have some questions I want to know the answers to now so that I don't discover them later while actually trying to put it all together.

1 - for feeding oil to the turbo, does the engine (stock 2.2L SOHC F22A) have a high pressure oil sensor that i can plug a connector to to feed the turbo oil?
2 - what are my options to be able to tune the car ECU wise? like, would it be fine just chipping it or is there some budget friendly programmable ECU?
3 - To have some more room for the turbo, I'm thinking of putting one of those thick honda civic rads that are about half the length of a normal one. Would that be enough to properly, and or better than stock, cool the car?
4 - after reading over this post;https://honda-tech.com/how-tos/a/hon...ger-kit-374945 is it necessary for fuel injector resister box and a map sensor? i have seen a bunch of build videos, and either they completely gloss over or ignore it as i haven't seen anything about this until this post.
5 - since im not looking to push the engine to its limits, just 7 psi to crack 200 hp, what can i expect the MPG to be? any better, same, or worse? after a proper tune of course.
6 - is there anything im missing or something i should heavily consider to keep the car as quirky daily driver? i do plan on getting gauges to keep an eye on things, but i just wanna cover my bases.

1.) Yes. The oil pressure sensor on the back of the block can be removed and a "T" fitting added to run the original sensor and a feed line. A better alternative is an oil sandwich plate though. The brass "T" fittings can crack over time from expansion and vibration and will ruin your day/engine. Seen it happen too many times.

2.) Chipped OBD1 ecu is the cheapest option. Software ranges from "free" like Crome, to others that require additional hardware/software setups like Neptune and Hondata. You would need a Non-VTEC chippable OBD1 Civic ecu. These are readily available from vendors like Phearable and Xenocron. You will need a professional calibration done on a dyno for the car to safely make the extra power. The tune is 110% the most important of the build.

3.) No. Half size civic radiator is a downgrade and won't cool as well as the stock one. The CB chassis comes with a nice thick dual core from the factory. There's plenty of room if you're using a log manifold which is more than adequate for what you want.

4.)MAP sensor isn't required if you stay below 11psi. Stock MAP sensor will read up to that safely. You have an injector resistor box already. Buy injectors accordingly.

5.)Same or better with a proper tune. I get around 30mpg highway and I'm making nearly 400whp. It will be worse with a basemap or improper tune.

6.)Not really. The engine will laugh at the power level you want assuming you use quality parts, get a proper tune and the engine is healthy to begin with. You will want to take care of any maintenance items before going turbo and look into suspension/brake/tire upgrades to help keep the vehicle safe with the added power.

1 - the sandwich plate you are referring to is the one that goes between the engine and oil filter yes?
3 - what is the CB chassis?
4 - what injector size would you recommend?

Yes.

CB is the chassis code that refers to the 90-93 Accords.

DSM 440cc injectors can easily be found remanufactured on eBay and will support 300whp. That will give you some room to grow. They will replace the stock ones directly and no other modifications or wiring are needed, aside from a chipped ECU with the proper calibration obviously. They also come in other sizes like 390cc or 560cc if you want more or less.
