I have a boosted b20b civic coupe and when I pull out it’s fine but once my pedal reaches a certain point my car starts to cut out it’ll cut out between 4,200-4,600 rpm depending on how hard i’m Pressing my pedal in but if I apply light pressure then I can bypass it and go up to 6k-7k rpm’s until I reach a certain pressure on the gas pedal again and then it will cut when I got the car it was fine I pulled the trans out and welded my diff and threw it back in now that it’s in it cuts

 

Sounds like a problem with the tune, or possibly check your O2 sensor, MAP, VSS and TPS are all plugged in and working properly. What engine management are you on?

 

I’m using a p75 ecu chipped with chrome

 

Are you hitting boost cut?

 

It kind of sounds like it i’m only hitting 5-6lbs I’d boost and the car is tuned on 10 but I checked and there’s no boost leaks anywhere I feel like it might be a sensor I pulled my tranny out and put it back in I feel like I didn’t plug everything in right

 

VSS are sometimes the culprit, they can be finicky to get plugged in all the way. But I agree, double check all your plugs and sensors.


Time to upgrade to Hondata so you can log and troubleshoot.
