Find two wire blue connector above the passenger kick panel.
Jumper connector with wire.
Turn ignition to II(ON).
Observe warning lights for codes via blinking.
Record codes and report back.

Find a conductive piece of wire, be it an uncoated paperclip, single strand of telephone wire, or the girlfriends uncoated bobby pin.
Jumper the two wire blue connector with said wire to complete circuit.
Turn ignition to II(ON) and watch for the warning lamps to start blinking if they have a stored code.

ok so i did all the ecu resets i could find and the check engine light never goes off even after removing battery cables and fuse. And when doing the code read i got 0 flash on my check engine and 1 flash on my abs. Still stuck in limp mode i know im due for an oil change but im not low coild that be it.

If you cleared the codes before checking for codes, your not going to have any codes.
I would suggest disconnecting the battery again, verify that you disconnected/reconnected the battery correctly.
Negative cable is removed first, then Positive.
Postive installed first, then Negative.
Verify the cables are in good condition,
Verify the battery is fully charged.
Verify there are no modifications done to the wire harness, alarms, sound system that may have been wired incorrectly.

i disconnected the battery as you intstructed the check emgine light came on immediately once i started the car again still in limp mode. I am missing the correct size wrench to take the plate off over the ecu.
