No taillights
Recently posted a thread about how my horn all of a sudden turned on and stayed on. Had to pull the fuse to get it to stop.
Didnt drive the car for a few days, and now my brake lights illuminate, but don’t flash when pressing on the brake. Either side. They worked fine, before the horn issue.
Whats going on?

The brake lights aren't supposed to blink, are they?
If you're talking about interaction between the brake lights and the turn signals, that is almost always a bad ground or broken ground wire in the back of the car.

Yea that’s what I did.... I had to. To get the car to stop screaming. As soon as I put the fuse back in is when the horn turns on and stays on again.

Take care of the horn problem properly and put the fuse back in and viola the brake lights are going to work again because there was never anything wrong with them.
Usually the reason why the horn won't stop is that the wire in the column that goes to the horn button is shorted to ground. If you don't care if the horn works at all, the simplest workaround would be to pull the horn relay.
