How to reset SRS light 96-00 Civic
Here's the deal, so basically, i've deleted both interior airbags. I also took out the oem steering wheel and replaced it with a aftermarket steering wheel for it. Now my SRS turns on and stays on whenever i start up my ride. I've tried the paper clip trick where i had to plug it into the yellow wire/plug located underneath the steering column. None of the which seems to be working at all and the SRS continues to stay lit. Is there any other way i could turn off the SRS light without having to go to the dealer and have them plug up one there scanner to reset the SRS light itself?

What exactly do you think is going to happen after you reset the light? You removed the airbags. The control unit thinks the system has failed, because it has. It will come back on. Add resistors to the plugs to keep it happy. Unplug it. Pull the bulb from the cluster.

Add a resistor to the plug, like how? I didn't realized it was possible to removed the bulb for the SRS light 
was even possible on a 96-00 chassis. Are you sure about that?!
