But i also keep popping my ecu fuse under my dash i replaced all relays and yesterday. Although my fuel pump is from a 90-93 integra . goday i. Going to hit my local LKQ pick a part and go get a cuel pump from a 88-91 civic . does it HAVE to be a hatch or can ot be from a sedam as well?
when my ecu fuse doesnt pop my ecu throw code 4 and code ??? (Flashes 16times)

After resetting the ECU to clear the codes, do both codes return after cranking the engine for 30 seconds?
Replacing the fuel pump may solve the problem with the blown dash fuse and code 16. It's unlikely to solve code 4, if it repeats.

you hear the pump prime, but it doesn't build pressure?
Do you have gas in the tank?
Is fuel making it to the fuel filter?
If you have gas in the tank and you are not getting fuel at the filter then the pump isn't pumping (or isn't sitting in fuel to be able to pump)
Or, unlikely, you have a major clog in the line to the filter.
