Default B20/vtec help

A friend and I are currently in the process of building a B20vtec, B20 bottom end with a 95 Gsr head, with a skunk2 intake man. it is going into an 89SI hatch

My question: what ecu to go with? the 1st gen B16?
What distributer to use?
Is any vtec pressure switch and solenoid going to work??

BTW: IF anyone has any of the parts I need for sale let me know.

1) yes that will work, but id use hondata or at LEAST convert to obdI and a VAFC and have it tuned.
2) depends on your ecu. obdo or obd1
3) yes they are all the same.

It doesnt have to be a vtec dist. If its obd0, you can use a 90-91 ls dist, but you have cut off the mounting point that interferes with the vtec solenoid. I am using an ls dist on my crvtec...works great.

If you use a 1g b16 ecu, then you'll need to run the necessary extra wires to satisfiy the ecu, ie. another o2 sensor wire. I am not familiar with that ecu though. I am using a chipped p28 ecu, but you would have to covert to obd1.
