Default b18b1 acceleration seems sluggish after timing belt change.

I just replaced my timing belt and I definitely feel a change in power up til 4500 rpm this was after adjusting distributor timing. I know it's be a timing issue, but I wanted to know what I could of done wrong, everything was TDC when we put the belt on. I will post pictures of the timing tomorrow, once day light comes back.

Sounds like you might be out one tooth on a camshaft... check it in the daylight.

Just like JRCivic1 mentioned it is possible you skipped a tooth.

Yea, that is what I figured, well I got a couple of questions. First, is it bad to drive my car while the timing is off by that much? And my friend was telling me to get adjustable cam gears so if we mess up again we can adjust it without taking the valve cover off again, I wanted some input on this because, I'm not super familiar with this stuff. Lastly, since we have to readjust the belt again, I need a new Harmonic balancer, mine is in rough shape and I wanted to know what people recommend? Thanks in advance!
