Iso I have a 2002 ep3 that got in a wreck. I bought and 2003 ep3 identical everything. I swapped everything from the engine and cradle to the rear suspension because I have covers. After plugging everything in and burping the cooling system I noticed my CEL light was on. I plugged my scanner into it to get a crank sensor trouble light. It fires fine other than taking it a bit longer to fire up but it does fire up. It wont let me rev past 3k idk I didn't tear the engine down. I just moved it from one body to another along with the steering column and ECU. The only thing I did was while the engine was out I washed up to remove all the excess grime and dirt Any advice would be greatly appcreated.
