Default Honda civic lxi 1998// engine check lights on after cleaning the throttle body

Hi everyone!

I have a honda civic lxi 1998 which I cleaned its throttle body.
I dismantled from the mounting, then disassembled it except for the tps sensor. I left it intact on the throttle body.
After assembly, when I switch on the engine, engine check light is on and wont start. The starter is working but engine won't crank.
I don't want to bring it to a mechanic, their service is too much expensive and can't afford.

I really appreciate a help from you guys how to fix this.

Pull the CEL code(s) by jumping the service connector.

I bet you left something disconnected. Map sensor is what I'm thinking.

I tried earlier this morning your suggestion but I can't find the service connector both side whether on the driver nor passenger side.

Sorry guys, it took me some time to locate this service connector. It was hidden with the 3pin connector behind the pcm. Well, I did the suggestion above yet the check engine light on forever after jumping the service connector. When I removed the connector, the check engine light off.

I think the real problem is starting fault. When switching the key, the fuel pump relay clicked. Then when starting the engine, the starter motor runs but the sound is bad. It sound choked. After trying several times, still the engine won't start.
I already checked the voltage output, it is 12.37vdc. I checked the grounding on the thermostat, I'm pretty sure it is okay. I cleaned it then retightened.

Crank the engine for 30 seconds. Then jump the service connector again to check for codes,
