I have a 2003 honda civic lx 1.7L SOHC D17A1. I know that one of the PCM ground wires is disconnected because it will only start with OBD 2 scanner connected after head rebuild. I'm not sure which one. It is giving me P0113 and P0118 fault codes which are the intake and coolant temp sensors.

Also, is it possible for faulty sensors to cause white smoke from the exhaust pipe? I had white smoke coming out before reconnecting the O2 sensor, and there is still some coming out but less, but also the outside temp. dropped 15 degrees so that may have changed it.
