HELP How to wire 4 WIRE universal o2 sensor
As you can see from the pic it's got two white, a black and a gray wire.
I think it could be white - ground, black - o2 reading, gray - heater.
has anybody fitted one like this.

The heater should have two wires. Check for continuity across the two white wires. Then check against the other two with the white wires. There should be no continuity.
