Default Civic randomly dies

So the other day I got into a little accident in my vehicle. At the time all I saw was that i needed a new tire and rim after hitting debris on the road. However ever since that day car has been stuttering a lot and today its been dying a lot. I will be at a red light and its at idle and as soon as i go into 1st gear and try to drive the car will stutter immediately and just die even if i give some gas. It was a little embarrasing so I decided to rev up to about 5k rpm and nothing would happen as long as i came off the clutch slow. later on today as im on the highway it will just start to die out unless i floor it. Would this still be a fuel pump issue or have i possibly messed something else up?

When was the last time the fuel filter replaced? Could be a dying fuel pump.
clogged fuel filter
clogged injectors

etc..etc..

I will be getting a new fuel pump tomorrow and 2 fuel filters 1 for when i run seafoam through and then the 2nd as a normal replacement. The injectors turned out okay at idle. I did the screwdriver thing and even unplugged each injector one at a time during idle to make sure all were working and they checked out okay, Ill post the results tomorrow after the fuel pump and filter replacement

What do your fuel trims look like at idle and under load?

If you have starting issues in addition .. could be the ignitor (inside the distributor).

UPDATE:
I only did the fuel filter replacement and the dying issue is gone for the moment. I drove around for about 20 miles to test it out. However, it does still stutter under light acceleration, as in I put my foot on the gas just a little bit and feel the hesitation. I Replaced the entire ignition system when I got the car back in march( it was an abandoned car) The only codes I get are random misfire and cylinder misfires in 1 and 3. I havent done a valve adjustment yet but i plan on it when I have the time. I dont know the fuel trim of my car. But once the car does a struggle start in the morning it starts right up. The cold start is pretty nasty and at idle its so quiet its like the car is off but there isnt any shaking or anything. Its just super quiet.

I do have a collapsed hose from my intake manifold but I have no Idea what or where that hose goes to. I Just know it leads to the back of the block somewhere.
