So the old hatch has developed this problem of after driving for a little while on these nice 90 degree Nc days it ain't wanting to start just turns over and over until you let it cool off I have replaced the distributor with a known good one replaced the main relay and the fuel pump is priming I have also replaced the iat sensor and the ect sensor but after reading some of the posts here I am thinking mabey the ect is crap I was wanting to see what some of you thought cuz I'm bout ready to set a rag in the gas tank and light it up lol

 

I would open up the ecu and have a look at the capacitors. Good chance you'll find a leaker.

 

I swapped the ect sensor this morning gonna see if it is still acting up I doubt the ecu is bad just swapped the ecu and harness less than a month ago but then again it is a used p28

 

Swapped the ect and same thing I want rid of this headache anyone looking for a hatch???
