Icon6 D16z6 no start

Hello, i have been trying to get my car to run for a month now, with no progress.
Car is a 92 eg hatch vx with a d16z6 motor. P28 ecu
I have a no spark no fuel pump prime. Fuel pump is able to prime when i jump 5-7 on the main relay terminals. Car cranks, engine turns belt and the dizzy rotor turns when i try to crank

So far i have replaced all of my grounds, disconnect them and sanded them down. and reconnected them. Replaced the thermostat ground. Sanded down the Positive and negative battery terminals to make sure im getting good connection. Replaced spark plugs, new distributor, new ecu, and i took a main relay out of a car at the junkyard and tried it with no success.

I though it might be my after market alarm wit a starter kill switch, so i removed the wires connecting to the starter. checked every single fuse, removed them and replaced the questionable ones with new fuses. I tried the K test but my map sensor is not getting any voltage at all. Car died at a stop light and i had to tow it home. Only fuse that ever got blown was the acg fuse today when i was swapping main relays. anyone have an idea on what i should do

Does the fuel pump also run when you jump 1-7 in the main relay connector?

Any CEL codes?

I just found a wire leading to my ecu that was partially coming out. It's the yellow and black wire, I tried to rip it out the rest of the way, do u think this is my problem

After you check your wiring, double check that your ECU is good.

I had the same issue with a P28 once. The car was running fine and then all of a sudden died and wouldn't start. I troubleshot main relay, fuel pump, everything I thought it might be. I put in a different ECU, and the car fired right up. If you have access to another ECU, you can at least test to see if the car starts. Or even put your P28 in another car and try that.

One more question: Is your ECU stock or chipped? Mine was chipped and I believe that led to the death of it.

The ECU connector is trashed and could be contributing to the problem. However, given that the 1-7 test did not make the pump run, you need to voltage test fuse 31. Click the Test Fuses link in my signature.

If 1-7 does not make the fuel pump prime, the ECU is not the problem. The Yel/Wht wire running from fuse 31 to the main relay connector is broken.

replaced ecu harness with a newer one, checked continuity between all ground and all check out, recheck every fuse and wires behind them, still didnt help. pulled up fuse box and checked all wires under. When i opened my ecu and pinned the pins with my multimeter to check for ground only 2 of the pins on plug A had ground and only 2 on showed voltage, any guess? also found out my car has no o2 sensor which is odd
