Well hello people... I was having some probs.. u know "START" up problems... so parts were bought plugs, distributor, fuses , battery.. etc etc... well being dumb as ever I decided to recheck the plugs after a week or 2 of buying new NGK platinums. Ummm pulled out 1 gas IS ALL I smelled... soo decided well time to oven valve cover... and what do u know...
Talk about flood no? Is this what ur looks like because couldn't find pics anywhere on site.

Has the car been under water? Or someone literally poured water into the oil cap. I don't think there's enough water in the cooling system to fill the engine all the way up like that.
Do an oil drain and fill with cheapest oil and filter you can find.Keep oil drain bolt off and pour a couple quarts of oil in and let it drain out. Tighten drain bolt and do another drain, fill and replace filter. If the unwanted liquid doesn't come back in a few days then do at least one (or) more oil drain, fill and filter to flush liquid out of system. Keep monitoring afterwards.

That would just be a waste of oil. It's going to run right from the fill hole down the return slots in the front of the head, directly into the pan and out the drain. Won't really flush off anything.
How does the oil on the dipstick look?
Looks like it's a blown head gasket mixing coolant with oil or someone pissed in your oil cap..lol
I took engine yesterday should be updated today... tbh we checked it yesterday and saw nothing not even the pistons had a crack... being somewhat new... can there actually be cracks inside the engine??

I bought this car from a older lady did 1 oil change once had same amount (Don't think that much last) ran 3 days then been like this I believe3 weeks sitting after I bought all "new" parts

Well tbh with all I was gonna do a complete jdm b16a swap... uncle wrecked his car yet didn't want it so have me complete with engine and all.. (Guess felt bad) I saw those forums too about swap buuuut... not familiar with DOHC engines. If not I can stick to a y5 swap... (note I'm from San Antonio, tx don't need any turbo just want stronger stock) people around here stick to themselves. Plus i work like in Seguin, tx so it helps.

My understanding (from a 20 year Honda tech on another forum) is if there is head gasket breach there is always going to be a small amount of coolant in the oil pan..unless block drain was removed prior to head removal. Even then there can be some. He recommended me do do that when my previous D16Y8 head gasket breached. Only two quarts..could probably get away with one ($3)..lol
I forgot to mention that I didn't remove block drain bolt before removing the cylinder head and I poured a couple quarts of oil in with drain bolt open. I used a pan to catch the oil to inspect and there was definitely a bit of coolant in the oil (not milkshake brown but seperated). Oil check on dipstick before head was normal in appearance..no grayish/brown mixture.

sounds good to do regardless... I'll keep a heads up on what changes.
