Default water oil catch can

fresh build...keep having water in my oil in my catch can................is that normal.....

for the most part its normal. how much water is in the catch tank ? what size tank are you using ?

its a home made out of a air filter compressure...lilo one..........everyweek it will fill it up...then i have to dump it.......is that normal for a built motor.......no oil just water and some white stuff.....that looks like burger...

I don;t know but if that was me I would be concerned. Are you losing any fluids from anywhere else or even coolant?

oil seem to be good..no coolant loose...its coming from the pcv valve...i did the pcv valve oil catch can setup............

the only thing I get in my can is oil vapors which eventually accumulate into actual drops of oil, but my can is vented and usually has steam coming from it. it's probably normal for a non-vented can.. can't imagine where the actual water is coming from though. maybe someone else will chime in
