Default Tps not full voltage range

I just completed my first engine swap last weekend in a 1999 civic dx. I went from the d16y7 to a b18b1 block with b16 head and a p72 ecu. The swap went well and started up fine and idles good. Only Engine codes were p0122 (throttle position sensor low voltage) and p1298 (electric load detector high voltage). I tested the throttle position sensor with a voltage meter and found out it is only ranging from .48v @ CT and 3.53v @ WOT. I ran a new wire to test if the previous wire was defected and got the same numbers, tested a new tps and goy the same numbers, then I checked grounds and when I detached the transmission ground the voltage would jump from 3.53v @ WOT to 7.8v. Im stuck at this point in what to do and could be open to ant advice. I spent the last 3 days searching and learning about the tps but could not find anyone with similar problems

First, putting a thread in the PROPER sub-forum will get you the best chance of receiving quality attention... and likely some answers. A TPS sensor and/or the wiring leading to it has absolutely NOTHING to do with transmissions...

Did you remove the TPS sensor itself from the throttle body ??? If so, you must make sure that it is properly indexed with the sensor coil tab inserted into the throttle body shaft locator/index slot. The most important piece of information that you provided is the fact that you have an ELD code: This suggests that you have a power/ground conflict... meaning that you have power going to somewhere that requires a ground, or you have a ground going to somewhere that requires power. So what wiring did you change when you did the engine swap ???
