You have broken wires in the door jam connectors. Be prepare to depin and solder. Or visit the junk yard for replacement harness plug.
when I bought my 98 lx only driver Window work. Lots of broken wires.. Had to take the door off to fix the wires.

Exactly. There were little to no wiggle room for the harness. Overtime it just fail. I had to replace both front door harness with a pair of unbroken I found from junkyard. The extra length help..

Yes, but not cheap, [$80-$100]best bet is your local bone yard, [PicknPull, under $15] lots of Civics at PicknPull.

You can also repair the door jamb wiring, also with PicknPull parts, find the undamaged leads you need, de-pin at the A pillar plug- and cut lead inside the door, no need to remove door, just unplug harness at A pillar, remove door panel and front door speaker, pull harness into door and out the speaker opening, remove wires needed, [I will take the whole plug and cut the leads inside the door] that way when I make the repair the connection, [solder and shrink tube] will be inside the door and not in the boot, I have done this more then a few times when a good harness was not available, you do not even need the same color leads, [the pins will be the same] just do them one at a time if you are replacing more then one lead. 94
