93 civic ex auto to manual conversion
So I'm trying to convert my 93 civic ex 2dr coup automatic to manual. Now I know I need the trans, ecu, pedal, shift linkage, and shifter from the donor car. But what I'm wondering is if there is anything else I need to make it work. Also would the axles from the automatic one work with theannual one? Both my car and the donor are completely stock if that makes a difference thanks.
Check the stickies and look for the Guides section. There are a couple of really good guides that will answer just about every question you currently have.
Here Section 7 c

The automatic axles are the same. When swapping the pedals the automatic throttle cable is different at the pedal end so either swap the pedal or keep the automatic gas pedal (using the automatic pedal and cable it's a bit springy) You don't really need the ECU either, automatic P28s are easily converted to manual if you can solder. As mentioned you'll need a swap mount or you'll need drill the spot welds out of the bracket welded to the passenger's side frame rail to remove it and then weld on the bracket from a manual Civic.
