Default JDM P30-940 into a 93 Civic EX B-swap

So I am getting together my B16a swap for my 93 civic EX and I have a P30-940 ECU. While I realize this is an automatic ECU, I cant seem to find anymore info on it and if there is anything I need to change to make it work with a manual trans and not set a CEL. Does anyone have any experiance with this particular ECU? Googling seems to find very few resources on it.

Search is your friend, the link is a short cut to your answer, check them out they offer a service to change ECUs (from auto to MT), that or get a new one.

Im not actually worried about the process to change from A to M transmission. There are plenty of writeups out there for P28's (This is just an overgrown P28 really), but Im more concerned with the other functionalities this thing has that might impede running a standard B16a engine or setting a cel. SC where I live has no inspection, so by definition I could run like crap and no one would know the diff.

If you not worried about the auto/manual conversion, then what is your issue?

the ECU is for b16 del sol. if you have b16 then it will fun that motor fine, other than auto/manual issue
