I believe I have a 3 lbs wastegate spring and can't go past 6psi. Not sure if I hooked up the vacuum lines correctly this is exactly how I have them. Should I make a line to the vacuum block? If so How?
You need a stiffer wastegate spring for starters. MAC solenoids can generally only double the spring pressure AFAIK so you've just about hit the limit of a 3psi spring. Also, something to consider if you re-route to a source that sees positive pressure and vacuum - utilizing any "quick spool" feature in your EMS might cause the wastegate to get pulled open during heavy decel causing a lot of noise and annoyance if you have an open dump.
What the other users have stated is correct, 3-port solenoids generally only double wastegate spring pressure. Change the wastegate spring out for a stiffer one (3psi is a bit pointless to be honest).
I don't agree with taking the vacuum source from the intake manifold if you have a choice, the turbo compressor housing is a much stronger source of pressure. If you tee in off the manifold, you have vacuum acting on the wastegate which is counter productive to its operation.

I completely disagree. Your best bet is the vacuum manifold for intake manifold . You don't want the strongest source, you want the most consistent source. From turbo Fords, mitsubishi, etc. Intake manifold is the best source overall
