Default 2009 Honda Pilot - SRS code 1-1

I have a 2009 Honda Pilot with a recent SRS light. Pulled the codes and came up with 1-1, open circuited Or high resistance in driver's airbag inflator. According to the FSM, the problem could be a poor connection anywhere between the airbag and the SRS control module.

I started with the clock spring. The pilot's clock spring has four wires that go to the air bag. I tested for continuity between each of the clock spring's wires. Three wires had continuity, and the fourth (black) wire did not. Can I assume, by using this test, that the clock spring is faulty? Should all four wires have continuity? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the airbag/clock spring?

Thanks in advance!
