HELP Installing Airbag
I have a 98 Civic Hatch with no cruise control (CC).
I had a problem with my clock spring so I replaced it with another one w/ CC on it.
Now I was told that everything would just plug in except that there would be no spot for the CC plug.
Now the part I need help on is how to connect the wires if my plugs were cut.
This is how the last owner connected the airbag to the clock spring.
There are two wires from the clock spring that connect to two wires from the airbag.
And here's what I need to connect to on the new clock spring.
The clock spring w/CC has 3 wires.
If I were to cut the plug off the end, which wires would I be connecting to the 2 airbag wires?
thanks in advance to anyone trying to help
