Fuel, comp., spark, timing is what you need.
Have, you checked fuel pressure, what is it?
Have you checked for spark, how is it, weak/strong?
Have you done a comp. test, what are the numbers?
Have you checked timing, both elec. and mech.?

Start with that Idle air control valve. Older cars its a serviceable valve. On my 92 ba18a1 its below the throttle body with a coolant line running to it. My car has an IACV (idle air control valve, only mechanical, runs on coolant temp) and and EACV (Electric air control valve). The EACV is located on the back of the intake with a 2 wire plug going to it. Other than that, I know that my Integra will burn up platinum spark plugs, use OEM copper plugs. Also the rotor screws have fallen out on 2 different dizzys for me. Put thread locker on your rotor screw!
