having a problem
so i recently picked up a 94 civic hatch with a b18b1 ls swap. now at first the fuel pump was staying on with the key in on position and engine off ran through it and found out somebody wired a wire from the fuel pumo to the fuse panel to keep it on ( maybe were planning on running boost) which was making car run rich. so now my problem is i have changed plugs, injectors, map sensor, it has new wires and cap, and is getting spark to all wires and plugs. but when i turn it on it idles like a muscle car and when i drive it sputters around 1500 to 2000 rpms and feels like no power, when i get on it or drive over 2000 rpms it drive fine, does anyone have an idea what might be causing this, i have no cel on i just cant figure out what to do next

Re: having a problem
Check the valve timing and the ignition timing. Change the fuel filter if you haven't yet. Check the TPS signal voltage with the engine off and the key in the on position at idle and WOT. Try adjusting the idle screw, using the TPS reading to tell you exactly how much you change the idle with each adjustment.
